La Pandemia en Costa Rica
Due to COVID-19 I was unable to complete an internship credit in a healthcare system during my time in Costa Rica. Instead, I fulfilled this requirement by writing a research paper on the impacts of Diabetes in Costa Rica in my target language.
In order to fulfill my internship credit I researched a health care topic of my choosing, Diabetes, and its impact in Costa Rica. After completing the research article, I presented the information in Spanish to my advisor and a Spanish professor. This paper was completed during LIH 4000.
